Shipping policy

Are there any additional shipping charges? 

• The Arienai provides FREE standard shipping for all orders in India.
• A COD charge of ₹60 is payable on all Cash on Delivery orders.
• FREE standard shipping on Prepaid orders.

How long will it take for order to be delivered?

• Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after payment verification, excluding weekends and holidays.

Estimated delivery time

• For metros: 4-7 Business days.
• For the rest of India: 5-10 Business days.

(Please note: All the COD orders may take upto 24-48 hours to be processed.)

Order Tracking:

• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.
• You can track the status of your order by entering the provided tracking number on our website or the carrier's website.

Shipping Changes or Cancellations:

• If you need to make changes to your shipping address or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
• Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to modify the shipping address or cancel the order.
• Shipping Cost are non-refundable, Except in case where we made an error with your order. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return label.

(Please Note: It is the responsibility of the customers to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping on time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address)

Lost or Damaged Shipments:

• We are not responsible for lost or damaged shipments once they have been transferred to the carrier for delivery.
• We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and  If you have not received it, please report to the local authorities.
